We want you to have a great experience when ordering, and have made the process as easy as possible! Always make sure you select the right Mobile Phone make and model type when ordering Mobile Content, and follow the instructions. When ordering Downloads or Podcasts for your PC/Mac or Digital Player, make sure you provide the correct details during ordering, and have a good Internet connection.

If you are having difficulties receiving Mobile or Download Content please see our FAQ for important assistance.

If you have not received your Content after four hours or could not find an answer to your problem in our FAQ, you can contact us using the form below, making sure you enter the same Mobile Phone number and the Email address use during ordering so we can trace your Order.

Please note that any queries regarding Mobiles not being WAP/Mobile Internet-enabled, Mobiles on non-approved Carriers/Operators, Orders being placed with wrong contact details and similar will not be actioned by our support team. In those cases, please first correct the issue at your end and then re-submit your order. Please note we do not issue any refunds for any Mobile or Download content where our systems show the order as being delivered.
